Ambitious! Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay Announce Joint 2030 World Cup Bid

first_imgThe South American nations of Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay have concluded plans to make an ambitious joint bid to host the 2030 World Cup.The announcement was made by the three countries’ presidents in the Argentina capital of Buenos Aires on Wednesday however the bidding process is not expected to begin for several more years.The 2030 FIFA World Cup is a special edition as it will mark the tournament’s centenary.
